Ingredients
2 Bananas
½ cup Peanut Butter
½ Dark Chocolate Bar
2 tsp. Coconut Oil
Healthy toppings of your choice
Instructions
Slice 2 bananas in half, then in half again
Spread peanut butter in between the two halves
Put the halves together like a sandwich
Put in freezer for approximately an hour
After the hour, melt ½ a dark chocolate bar and mix in 2 tsp. coconut oil (stove or microwave)
In 30 second intervals until all is melted
Coat bananas in chocolate until they’re entirely covered
Add whatever toppings you like
As pictured: coconut, sliced almonds, walnuts and drizzled peanut butter
Optional: Put back in freezer until toppings are frozen. Also, feel free to insert a stick to make them into a popsicle.
