-ABOUT THE AUTHOR-

I’ve worked in retail. I’ve worked in a call center. I’ve worked on Wall Street. I’ve worked at a record label. I’ve worked at nightclubs. I’ve worked at a hotel. I’ve worked in a supermarket. I’ve worked in a high-end kitchen.

I’ve worked for L.A. Reid and Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter.

My friend, I. Have. Worked.

With each experience, there was something invaluable to learn about myself, people, life and God. I wrote Rise & Shine Bright at Work: 12 Powerful Mornings to Conquer the Office Shenanigans because those episodes and lessons learned are relatable to what many of us face at work. I believe all of us want to be victorious and great at work, and it starts within. This is why the book is centered around the most empowering time of the day, quiet time. For me, it’s when I spend time reading the Bible, usually first thing in the morning. This is where I get inspiration and guidance for the day. Then I have a healthy breakfast to prepare my body for a day of work. I’ve had great days with this morning experience and I want to share that with you to create your own. This is what inspired me to write the book (Learn more), and RiseandShineBright.com, the blog and I pray that you are blessed by it. <3

What you’ll find at RiseandShineBright.com is a biblical perspective for a healthy life for the inside out!
