With each work experience, there was something invaluable to learn about myself, people, life and God. I wrote Rise & Shine Bright at Work: 12 Powerful Mornings to Conquer the Office Shenanigans because those episodes and lessons learned are relatable to what many of us face at work. I believe all of us want to be victorious and great at what we do, and it starts from within. This is why the book is centered around the most empowering time of the day–the morning, and the most inspiring book of all time–the Bible.
The Bible is where I get my comfort and guidance from for the day. Then I have a healthy breakfast to prepare my body for a busy day of work. I’ve had great days with this morning experience and I wanted to share that with others for inspiration on how to create an empowering morning routine too. This is what inspired me to write the book (learn more), and I pray that you are blessed by it.
Rise & Shine Bright the website addresses internal challenges that women face due to traumas, neurodivergence, and overall life experiences. And it offers ways to navigate principles in the Bible to overcome and shine bright no matter what’s happening. There’s support here so we all can thrive at work, at home, in relationships, in church i.e. rise and shine bright wherever we are.
