Rise & Shine Bright Publications is a supportive source of faith-based content for neurodivergent women.
The Rise & Shine Bright website was developed in 2018 to help working professionals navigate common workplace experiences while maintaining a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Today, it has evolved into a home base for neurodivergent-related content, including the podcast Overcome Rejection at Work: Healing Workplace Insecurity for Midlife Neurodivergent Women and the book Rise & Shine Bright at Work: 12 Powerful Mornings to Conquer the Office Shenanigans.
The book, published in 2017, provides biblical solutions to some of the most relatable workplace challenges associated with the ADHD experience, along with 12 healthy breakfast recipes to help readers start their day right.
The podcast, launched in the summer of 2026, provides support and encouragement to midlife neurodivergent women as they navigate and heal workplace insecurity related to the neurodivergent experience.
Many women who are diagnosed with a neurodivergent condition later in life face unique challenges — as well as unique victories. Through its website, podcast, and book, Rise & Shine Bright is dedicated to providing relatable, practical, and spiritual support and encouragement while honoring and celebrating our wonderfully made, unique brains.
About Yardley
Rise & Shine Bright Publications was founded by Yardley Messeroux, a former corporate professional who experienced unique struggles at work, including intense insecurity, for almost two decades. Later in life, she discovered that those struggles were related to having neurodivergent traits associated with conditions such as Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
After living in several states along the East Coast, including more than 20 years in New York, Yardley currently lives in Massachusetts, her home state. She’s an author, podcaster, and graduate student at the University of Hartford, where she’s earning her master’s degree in Organizational Psychology. Most importantly, she loves Jesus.
